Do Guide Me Tourism arrange all my Travel Services?

Guide Me Tourism can arrange all your Ground Travel transfers no matter where you are travelling to. We even arrange Transfers to your Holiday destination throughout the World

Do I need to Book Return Transfers

No, you only book the transfers you require

Will I get Confirmation for my booking

Yes. You will receive a detailed account of your transfers, Pick-up point, Time, Fast Track etc.

I am travelling with young kids is that a problem

Absolutely not, all Guide Me Tourism bookings are catered for, if Baby / Child seats are required they are available in all vehicles.

My Flight time has changed what happens now

All our Clients bookings are monitored by our staff, if a Flight time changes we will monitor it and contact you immediately. Relax Guide Me are here to take the stress not pass it on

My Plans have changed can I change my booking

Guide Me are always flexible in booking details, we will always accomodate changes where possible. 

Can I cancel my booking

In the unlikely event you need to cancel your booking the following charges shall apply


Executive Private Tour Bookings may be cancelled with 24 hour's notice, you will be charged 15% of fees paid in order to cover Credit Card Charges we incur. 


Gourmet Food & Micro Brewery produce Tour Bookings cannot be cancelled once booked due to places on these tours been limited, however where possible we will try to facilitate you on a later tour without penalty. If not then you can allow someone else take your place on the tour.


Guide Me Concierge Bookings may be changed with 24 hour's notice, cancellations less than 3 days of Travel will not be refunded, Cancellations between 3 and 7 days before travel will be refunded by 50%, and any cancellation prior to 7 days of initial travel will be refunded by 85%
